Our Group Exercise classes are included with your membership and offer a wide range of fitness options, including BODYFLOW™, cycling, and BODYPUMP™. With our knowledgeable instructors leading the way, you’ll experience choreographed fitness routines where everyone moves together as a unified group.

Not only will group training help you get the most out of your gym sessions, but it also adds a fun and sociable element to your workout. By exercising with others, you’ll create a supportive environment that motivates you and holds you accountable. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to celebrate your achievements with fellow members and make new connections.

Les Mills Classes

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. A carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

CORE™ is an intense core-training program. It tightens your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It is based on cutting-edge scientific research.

In BODYCOMBAT™, you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Free-Style Classes

Circuit is an athletic based cross-training class that will build both strength and cardio fitness. It has tons of variety within each class.

Kickboxing: This class takes place in the Edge Room. Packed with energy, unleash your stress on the heavy bags, and blast calories with fantastic intervals. Heavy bag gloves required.

Total Body Conditioning is weight training based class. You will tone & improve strength. This is a head-to-toe conditioning class.

Virtual Classes

THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, THE TRIP takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories. Click here to see THE TRIP in action.

RPM™ is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.
